Neal has more than 6 years of experience in the HCM Technology Industry, consulting & educating organizations. He has managed the Chicago West Region at Paycor for 2 years, leading an experienced team of 7 consultants, and together consulted hundreds of organization achieve their strategic business objectives.

Neal specializes in medium- major sized businesses to help with operational improvements and employee experience. He also has extensive ties within Paycor that can be used to help companies solve real business problems.

Starting his career with Mueller in January 2014, Scott gained in-depth business and accounting knowledge by performing audits for clients in a wide range of industries including not-for-profit entities. Scott committed early in his career to gain exposure to Mueller’s diverse clientele and the many financial services provided. When the COVID-19 legislation was drafted including the CARES Act, Scott joined the Mueller COVID-19 First Response Team and consulted small businesses on the various provisions including the Paycheck Protection Program loans. With many companies needing help to get back on track to profitability, Scott is currently becoming a Certified Turnaround Analyst (CTA) and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.

International business and accounting are important areas of interest having lived seven and a half years overseas. Scott’s family spent four years in Singapore and three years in the Netherlands when he was younger. Through a study abroad program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Scott returned to Singapore in the spring of 2012 and gained experience working with a variety of people and cultures. During the fall of 2017, Scott traveled to Munich Germany for three months as part of Mueller’s Global Employee Exchange Program. There, he worked for a fellow PKF International network firm performing financial reporting for Siemens AG and participated in cultural events including Oktoberfest.

Emily is an Independent Consultant at ES Strategic Consulting where she partners with startup and Venture Capital clients on Strategic People Operations consulting and Talent Acquisition. For Strategic People Operations, she specializes in change management and performance optimization projects ranging from transition to remote work, performance improvement, career pathing, benefits & compensation strategy, and training & development.  In the Talent Acquisition space, Emily helps build out early-stage teams, leading executive search, high-volume, diversity, and technical recruiting projects. 

Prior to starting her own business, she worked as an Associate Principal at 4 Point Consulting. She also has 10+ years of experience in project management, business operations, and Human Resources. She’s passionate about helping businesses grow through finding the right talent and making sure they have the tools and resources to succeed.
