Ashley Adamson is one of Pac-12 Networks’ lead hosts and reporters and has been covering the Conference of Champions since the Networks’ launch in 2012. Throughout the football season, Adamson is a host of the “The Pregame,” as well as the Networks’ studio coverage with “Pac-12 Football Game Break”, “Pac-12 Football Postgame Report” and “Pac-12 Final Score.”
During the Pac-12 men’s and women’s basketball seasons, Adamson is also a host of Pac-12 Networks pre and postgame coverage, including coverage of the Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Tournament in Las Vegas.
Courtney is a two-time Olympic Medalist and former member of the University of Washington's volleyball program. In college, she carried her team to a National Championship. After college, Courtney proudly represented USA Volleyball, winning a gold medal at the World Championships in Italy (2014), an Olympic silver medal in London (2012) and an Olympic bronze medal in Rio (2016). Courtney works with Finding Mastery as a Mindset Coach relating critical experiences from her Olympic career to professionals.

Yogi has spent his life being driven by sports and the stories they create, on and off the field.

social justice, and serves as the Pac-12's first-ever Chief People and Inclusion Officer.
Paaras joined Paycor in 2022 from Kroger, where she most recently served as Head of HR for 84.51°. Paaras is a seasoned leader with deep experience in talent acquisition, organizational and leadership development, diversity, equity & inclusion and learning and has held high-level HR roles at Macy’s and Global Novations. Paaras is committed to building on and expanding Paycor’s dynamic culture, recruiting and developing talented people, and giving them an opportunity to succeed.
Amy is the First Director & Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Paycor. She brings authenticity to the forefront of leadership, action, and learning in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. After a 17-year career as a teacher and educational administrator, Amy is now a corporate leader turning DE&I strategy into actionable results. Her leadership guided the organization in obtaining the 2021 Top Workplace DE&I Practices Award after just one year of work.
Anne Walker, who was named the Margot and Mitch Milias Director of Women’s Golf in 2012, has established herself as one of the premier college coaches in the country. In addition to leading the Cardinal to its first two NCAA titles in school history (2015, 2022), Walker has mentored some of the most recognizable names in the sport.
There is no better model for perseverance than Alex Smith. After suffering a life-threatening injury to his right leg that nearly resulted in amputation, Smith’s return to the field is regarded as one of the most iconic moments in football history. Smith would complete his comeback in October of the 2020 season and go on to appear in eight games earning a 5-1 record in his first six starts. His determination and success earned him the NFL Comeback Player of the Year honor. Smith retired from the NFL in April of 2021 after an incredible 16-year career.
